Payment Policy

Our BRAND NEW MULTI SPORT program is ideal for introducing your youngster to a variety of sports and games in a nurturing and safe environment. A love of sport introduced at an early age will create a lasting impression on your child.

In addition to being exposed to such sports as soccer, basketball, baseball and tennis, we will also focus on important skills including agility, movement, balance, hand-eye coordination and build self-esteem.

Please ensure players are dressed comfortably so they can move freely and bring a drink and small snack.

Please arrive early for each class and ensure that the player is picked up promptly at the end of class.

Please ensure you provide the correct and best contact number(s) when you register.

If you chose the pay later option, the screen will blink. When it comes back on you must scroll down and click on the submit button to complete the registration process. You will receive an invoice via email confirming your registration.

In enrolling at Soccer Domain Academy (SDA), the participant understands that he/she is attending the programs and using SDA facilities does so at his/her own risk. SDA and it’s owners, employees or agents shall not be liable for any damage whatsoever arising from any personal injury or loss of property sustained by the participant with his/her family in or about any programs on the premises. Participants and parents/guardians assume full responsibility for all injuries and damages which occur in or about any programs on the premises. He/she does hereby fully and forever release discharged hold harmless SDA, all associated facilities and its owner, employees and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages or rights of action, present or future resulting from any person’s participation in any programs or use of the facility. In addition, he/she agrees to follow the rules of conduct and play set by SDA. Failure to do so may result in suspension from participation.

Consent: I, the undersigned parent or guardian/participant, do hereby grant authority to the staff at SDA to render a judgement concerning medical assistance or hospital care in the event of an accident or illness during my absence. I do hereby authorize SDA and its assigns to utilize any and all photographs, pictures or other likeness of me or anyone assigned guardianship to me as they deem appropriate in its promotional materials or team films.

A 3% processing fee will be charged to all credit and debit card payments.

Cancelation and refund policy (PLEASE READ): If any portion of a camp or program is cancelled due to inclement weather a make-up session will be scheduled for the lost time. If a make-up is unable to be scheduled a pro-rated credit will be placed on the participants account. Sessions missed through illness will either be made up or a credit will be placed on the participants account for the prorated value.

A cash refund will NOT be issued without proper legal cause.
A credit can be placed on the participants account for the full amount paid.
Returned checks will incur a $25.00 fee.
