Terms of Use

Welcome to Sports Domain Academy. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Sports Domain Academy's facilities, programs, and website.

By accessing this website and/or using our facilities, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Sports Domain Academy's services if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Facility Usage

All participants must follow the rules and regulations set forth by Sports Domain Academy staff.
Proper athletic attire and indoor shoes are required at all times on the playing surface.
No outdoor shoes, cleats, or street shoes are permitted on the turf.
No food or beverages (except water) are allowed on the playing surface.
Participants must respect all equipment and facilities.
Any damage to facility property will be the responsibility of the renter or participant.

Conduct and Behavior

Sports Domain Academy is committed to providing a safe, positive, and respectful environment for all participants. We expect all players, parents, coaches, and spectators to:

Treat all individuals with respect and dignity
Refrain from using abusive, threatening, or inappropriate language
Follow instructions from SDA staff and coaches
Report any concerns or incidents to staff immediately

Any individual who violates these conduct standards may be asked to leave the facility and may be banned from future participation.

Rental and Reservation Terms

All reservations must be made in advance either online or by phone.
Payment is required at the time of booking or as agreed upon with staff.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full credit.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will forfeit 50% of the rental fee.
No-shows will forfeit the entire rental fee.
Rental time includes setup and cleanup. Please arrive on time.
Additional time may be available based on facility availability.

Health and Safety

Participants should be in good health and physical condition appropriate for the activities. Please inform staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns prior to participation.

First aid kits are available on site
In case of emergency, staff will contact 911 and designated emergency contacts
AED (Automated External Defibrillator) is available on premises
Staff are trained in CPR and basic first aid

Liability and Assumption of Risk

Participation in sports activities involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, physical injury, illness, or property damage. By participating in Sports Domain Academy programs or using our facilities, you acknowledge these risks and agree to assume all responsibility. Sports Domain Academy, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages that may occur. All participants are required to sign a liability waiver prior to participation.

Photography and Media

Sports Domain Academy may photograph or video record activities for promotional purposes. By participating in our programs, you consent to the use of your likeness in our marketing materials, website, and social media. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify staff in writing.

Changes to Terms

Sports Domain Academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
